With that simple question, Cide Kic Founder James Hudock explained to us how important his platform is. The fact of the matter is, most lifestyles afforded to chefs and cooks the world over is unsustainable; complete with long hours, dependency on alcohol (and in some cases drugs), due to the unforgivable nature of this career path.
And despite all that, they follow their passion to cook.
